Kara Gotshall is the founder of Wisdom FertilityCare, where she teaches her clients how to chart with the Creighton Model Charting System. She believes that the Creighton Model has the power to transform our approach to women's health and fertility treatments.
​
She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in nursing from Lewis-Clark State College in 2010, and is a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Idaho.
​
She was certified as a FertilityCare Practitioner in 2011. From 2011 to 2016 she taught the Creighton Model through Palouse FertilityCare. After taking a short teaching break, she started Wisdom FertilityCare in 2024 so she could continue teaching the Creighton Model.
Kara lives in North Idaho with her husband, Stan, and their 7 children.

Dr. Burgher is a clinic provider at Holy Family Catholic Clinic in West Linn, Oregon, working alongside a team of medical professionals that cover a wide range of specialties. She is also proficient in Spanish.
Inspired during a volunteer year in Haiti, Dr. Burgher decided to pursue a career in the medical field. She spent time working in a federally qualified community health clinic providing primary care, prenatal care, obstetrical care, and newborn care. Following her work there, a deepening in her faith led her to Holy Family Catholic Clinic. She is excited to be part of establishing a clinic that offers life-affirming care, where she can focus on women's health issues in a way that aligns with her Catholic Faith.

Ashley Jensen, CNM, CrMSNM

Ashley Jensen is a Certified Nurse Midwife in Boise, ID, and provides NaProTechnology care via telemedicine through University of Utah Health. She focuses her practice on restorative reproductive medicine for infertility, miscarriage, and treating women’s health conditions.
Ashley offers telemedicine services to WA, ID, MT, UT, NV and WY.

After struggling with infertility for many years, she sought out help through NaProTechnology. After her first appointment with a NaPro medical consultant, she knew she wanted to share this revolutionary technology others by becoming a medical consultant herself. She received her certified nurse-midwife degree from Bethel University in Minnesota, and has been providing NaPro care since 2019.

Monica runs her own practice, Functional Fertility Northwest, in Moscow, Idaho. Her practice uses both functional medicine and NaProTechnology in helping women and couples with infertility, recurrent miscarriage, problem periods, cycle related mood problems, and other health issues.
Previously, she spent several years at a full spectrum family practice with the Indian Health Service in New Mexico. This included outpatient, inpatient, urgent care, women’s, and children’s health services.

She is trained both as a Creighton Model Practitioner as well as a NaPro Medical Consultant.

Jessica works in family practice at Prairie Family Medicine in Coeur d'Alene, ID.
She graduated from Maryville University in 2019. Since then she has been working in family practice. Prior to graduation, she worked in a variety of ER settings for approcximately 10 years.
Jessica is passionate about providing more holistic care to her patients by blending natural and allopathic medicine. As a family practice provider she saw many patients with symptoms that indicated hormone dysfunction. She decided to be trained in NaPro so she could offer her patients true solutions.
Jessica can provide long-distance care in the State of Idaho.

Cathy runs her practice, Healing Options, from Port Hadlock, WA. She sees clients virtually and in person.
Her area of expertise is neuroendocrine health. As a NaProTechnology Medical consultant, she combines integrative medicine with NaProTechnology in treating a variety of women’s issues including menopause, PMS, recurrent miscarriage and menstrual disorders as well as male and female infertility.
